Our client, who specialise in Door & access solutions is looking to looking for an Estimator to join their team for an on site role in Dublin.
Role Description
The Estimator will be responsible for planning, producing, and providing accurate cost estimates for complete door, access control, specialist glazing, and partition solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, conducting material and labor cost analysis, and preparing detailed project estimates.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating, cost analysis, and project planning
- Knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
- Relevant certification or degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus
