Job Opportunity

A senior HR professional is sought to drive the people function for a rapidly expanding food manufacturing site.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that deliver business outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a strong culture of employee engagement and development.

The successful candidate will report to the Site lead and be responsible for driving policy from the wider group business.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements, allowing the candidate to balance work and personal life.

The successful candidate will design and implement HR policies and procedures that enable the business to achieve its strategic goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating a positive company culture, delivering a progressive experience for employees, and building relationships within the factory.

Requirements include a third-level qualification in a HR related discipline, at least 3 years' experience in a HR Manager or Generalist position, and a proven record of delivering value added HR solutions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
