Job Overview
Our organization is seeking an experienced project manager to lead our building automation team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project finances and enhance financial performance
* Establish project schedules and track progress
* Accurately forecast resources and identify potential risks
* Present project schedules, scope, and resource plans to leadership
* Oversee project finances, including reporting, invoicing, and change orders
* Implement quality plans and monitor projects for quality throughout the lifecycle
* Serve as primary commercial contact for customers
* Manage large-scale projects and/or multiple concurrent projects
Requirements
* At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience
* Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings
* Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills
* Basic understanding of HVAC systems, sequence of operations, and instrumentation
* Building automation and/or industrial controls experience a plus
