Head of Commercial Strategy & Insights role at Force Recruitment. Responsibilities
Define and deliver commercial strategies informed by analytics and insights
Lead performance management, including sales tracking, benchmarking, and KPI reporting
Introduce and embed best‑in‑class business analytics practices
Drive launch readiness to ensure successful product and brand roll‑outs
Strengthen commercial teams’ capability in market insights and decision‑making
Lead performance reviews, planning cycles, and incentive schemes
Manage complex, high‑impact projects across commercial effectiveness
Demonstrate a strong background in business analytics
Define and implement commercial strategies with a proven track record
Experience leading within commercial effectiveness, strategy, or operations
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to manage compliance and operational efficiency
Experience delivering high‑complexity projects
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Leadership of diverse teams across functions
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles
Extensive experience with analytics, insights, and data‑driven decision making
Strong track record in developing and implementing commercial strategies
Experience managing cross‑functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is preferred
