Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical bulletins, user manuals, and installation guides.
* Develop and maintain training information for internal and external document consumers.
* Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, well-structured, user-friendly documents.
* Create visual assets using 3D CAD data (e.g., exploded views, animations, renders) to support documentation and training materials.
* Assist in the rollout of engineering changes by coordinating internal and external communications.
* Collaborate with engineering, production, service, and sales teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product updates and feedback.
* Support onboarding and training efforts through the creation of technical content and presentations.
* Ensure that all documentation aligns with quality standards, CE marking, and other regulatory requirements.
* Assist the Technical Communications Team with general documentation needs and project support.
Required Qualifications & What We Offer:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
* Working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and ability to produce visual assets from 3D data.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for clarity, structure, and audience-appropriate language.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Interest in agricultural machinery, dairying, or technical content creation is desirable.
* A team player with a willingness to learn and engage with cross-functional teams.
