Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description

* Supervise inbound and outbound inventory with vendors and distribution partners for optimal logistics management.
* Review production activity and sales forecasts to ensure timely demand plans.
* Prepare real-time stock reports and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Optimize stock levels while minimizing cash tied up in inventory to maximize ROI.
* Coordinate logistics for product collection and delivery to meet customer expectations.
* Support supplier and customer relationship management alongside operations leadership to foster collaboration.
* Maintain and improve procurement, supply chain, and logistics processes to enhance efficiency.
* Ensure legal compliance in product delivery and regulatory matters to avoid risk.
* Contribute to new product setups, including packaging and materials sourcing to drive innovation.
* Lead and support cross-functional projects that enhance supply chain performance through strategic planning.
