Accounts and Payroll Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our dynamic team as an Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, general administration duties, and updating the in-house database.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data-entry for the Accounts and Payroll department
* Gathering Information and updating the In-house Database
* General Administration Duties, Filing, Faxing & Scanning
* Using Microsoft Office Suite, i.e., Word, Excel
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent standard
* Satisfactory relevant experience
* 3 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent MS Office Skills to include Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Excellent keyboard skills
* Professional Knowledge / Experience to Date
* Excellent Planning and Organisational skills
