Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & LeadershipDrive salon sales growth and exceed performance KPIs from front-of-house.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Plan and execute in-house customer events and promotions.Build and nurture brand and supplier relationships to maximise partnership value.Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, and events departments.Team ManagementLead and manage a team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.Set clear goals and standards, providing ongoing coaching and support.Foster a high-performing, motivated, and service-driven team culture.Front-of-House OperationsEnsure the smooth and professional day-to-day running of the salon reception.Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a focus on client care and retention.Manage appointment scheduling using salon software.Handle customer queries and complaints across phone, email, social media, and in-person.Sales & amp; Client ServicesConfidently upsell treatments, courses, and retail products to clients.Support therapists in closing client sales.Identify opportunities to fill gaps in the appointment diary and maximise productivity.Stock & AdminOversee stock management and ordering within budget guidelines.Perform daily cash-ups, balance tills, and send end-of-day reports to management.Assist with administrative tasks and salon opening/closing procedures.Job Type: Full-timePay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee discountSick payExperience:Salon software: 1 year (preferred)Management: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
