Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Role Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization in the Medical Device industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing timely repairs and troubleshooting of electro-mechanical equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
Main Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain optimal equipment performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance targets and drive business growth.
* Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
* Support and lead assigned actions for Engineering projects within the maintenance team, driving innovation and process improvements.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in a similar technical role within the Medical Device or a highly regulated industry.
* Candidates should hold a Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). Level 6 craft certification in Electrical or Mechanical fields is also accepted.
* Solid experience with mechanical systems in an automated manufacturing setting is essential, including PLCs, motor drives, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Strong troubleshooting skills, with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team.
