This is a great opportunity for a
Sales Engineer
to grow and develop the Industrial Air business in Ireland by building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering end-to-end customer success. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, shaping customer solutions, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new markets and sales channels.
* Prepare proposals and deliver product/solution presentations.
* Manage customer projects from solution design through handover.
* Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and provide technical advice.
* Support sales via demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations.
* Ensure high-quality after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
* Record sales activity and contribute to national business growth.
* Spend ~60% of time in the field identifying opportunities and building relationships.
Required Experience & Attributes
* Proven sales experience; preference for Compressor and Air Treatment sectors.
* Strong attention to detail; ability to challenge assumptions and improve solutions.
* Proactive, positive, "can-do" mindset.
* Customer-centric with excellent questioning and listening skills.
* Effective workload and priority management.
* Accountability for outcomes; resilient and learning-oriented.
