* Ensure compliance with regulations and National Standards and adherence to Professional Regulatory bodies.

* Stay informed on standards and government publications for services in the disability sector.
">
* Maintain accurate HR systems/electronic filing in a timely manner and ensure up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics.
">
* Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities.
">
* Ensure compliance with relevant circulars, policies, procedures, and guidelines as well as adhere to GDPR guidelines.
">
* Review and maintain NPR Registrations, promote dignity at work, and comply with safety regulations as well as other duties as required.

Requirements

As the successful candidate, you will have:

* Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in HR or professional membership of CIPD.
">
* High proficiency in MS Office suite.
">
* 3-5 years of administration experience, including working with computer databases.
">
* Proven track record in high-volume recruitment data entry.
">
* Possession of a full clean driving license.
">
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
">
* Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
">
* Strong research and strategic thinking abilities.

* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

* Change management and adaptability capabilities.
