HR Manager Position Summary:
This role requires an experienced HR Manager to support the company's senior leadership team in delivering effective human resources strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to understand current and future talent requirements, developing an outstanding organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver all HR aspects for the business, working in partnership with the management team to support them on any people issues.
* Partner with internal stakeholders to understand current and future talent requirements.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to drive performance.
* Update the employee handbook and develop contracts of employment.
* Embed a new HR system across the business, ensuring employees can use it effectively.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree and CIPD qualification.
* Extensive HR Business Partner/HR Manager level experience, influencing senior stakeholders.
* Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
* Ability to work in an autonomous fashion.
* Sound understanding of recent employment legislation.
