Key Responsibilities:
Preparation & batching of fresh food in a HACCP controlled food factory using large scale equipment.
Working to prepare established recipes to agreed recipes & specifications.
Previous experiences of preparation and cooking of fresh foods an advantage.
Full training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Rate starting @ €15.00/hr
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Thursday
Experience:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications and use IT system as required
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience of forklifts & pallet trucks an advantage.
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of factory and equipment
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
Must have conversational English
