Ingenio is proud to partner with an Irish HQ'd FinTech business operating in the B2B Payments space. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services team and take ownership of complex, high-impact implementation projects.

Your Role:
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead end-to-end implementation projects, from gathering client requirements to final deployment and post-go-live support. This role requires both technical expertise and client-facing experience to deliver tailored solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless integration and maximum business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead full-cycle implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business needs.
* Technical Design & Configuration: Develop and implement robust system designs, coordinate configurations, and oversee technical integrations.
* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
* Solution Delivery & Training: Conduct UAT, train end-users, and ensure smooth handover post-implementation.
* Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance implementation methodologies and best practices.
* Risk & Issue Management: Proactively resolve technical challenges and roadblocks to ensure project success.
Must-Haves:
* Proven experience in a client delivery role (Implementation Consultant, Project Manager, or similar) within a software company.
* Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in software implementations—this is not just an admin role.
* Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex technical challenges.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
