If you're passionate about technology and looking for a role that offers variety, challenges, and the chance to make a real impact, this is the job for you.Your key responsibilitiesAs an SAP PaPM – Senior Manager you will:Participate in design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client’s industry and business requirementsLearn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY’s Pre-Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagementsCustomise SAP PaPM (Performance and Profitability Management) meet the specific needs of clients, including Allocation models, PaPM functions, Characteristics & Key Figures, Master data and ReportingLead the design and implementation of SAP PaPM, considering best practices and industry standardsDrive the development and maintenance of the SAP PaPM architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirementsProduce key project deliverables including, design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials etc.Share knowledge of best practice within the SAP team and across other team disciplines, as well as developing other members of the SAP teamSupport the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, and facilitating client eventsUnderstanding all of our service offerings and actively identifying opportunities to better serve clientsTo qualify for the role, you should have:A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position7+ years’ experience delivering in SAP PaPM, with a proven track record of successful implementations and supportStrong knowledge of financial concepts, cost accounting, and profitability analysis.A minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations in PaPMExperience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenariosStrong ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approachProven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior-level clientsIdeally, You’ll Also Have:Relevant SAP certification in SAP PaPMExposure to reporting solutions such as SAP Business Warehouse, SAP Analytics Cloud and DatasphereProven ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into effective SAP PaPM solutionsWhat We Look For:We are looking for candidates who are:Innovativeandagile, with a purpose-driven mindsetInclusiveand able to work effectively in diverse teamsPassionateabout technology and eager to learn and growClient-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional serviceWhat working at EY offersWe offer a competitive remuneration package.
