We are seeking an experienced Programme Director with expertise in new build construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and updating project plans
* Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met
* Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a safe work environment
* Managing project costs and quality
The ideal candidate will have:
* A third-level qualification in engineering, construction management or a related field
* 5+ years of experience managing complex construction projects on commercial sites
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
