Due to continued expansion Adams Donnelly Solicitors are currently looking to recruit a Private client Solicitor, based in their Kinsale office.
Role includes but not limited to:
* All areas of residential conveyancing; acting for both purchasers and vendors.
* All areas of residential leases; acting for both landlords and tenants.
* Re-mortgaging residential property.
* Probate applications and will drafting.
* Reporting to supervising partner.
Experience, skills and abilities required:
* 2 years post qualification experience.
* Client focused.
* Excellent computer skills and familiarity with case management systems and Excel.
* Proficient on reporting on the status of cases.
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and consistently meet deadlines.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
