Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Category Manager to shape and deliver a market-leading product offer that meets consumer and retailer needs. As a senior commercial or trading professional, you will report directly to the Trading Director and be responsible for developing and executing category strategies that drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies that meet business objectives.
* Lead high-performing teams, manage supplier and retailer relationships, and ensure effective sourcing and supply of quality products at optimal prices.

Requirements:
* At least three years of progressive experience in a senior commercial or trading position, with a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
* Strong negotiation experience, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
