Job Overview

This permanent role offers strong training, career progression and the chance to work with leading brands in Ireland.


Main Responsibilities:

* Preparing accurate estimates, cost plans and tender submissions for mechanical and cleanroom projects.
* Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and project documentation to ensure correct pricing.
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to clarify scope, gather quotations and build cost breakdowns.
* Assisting with procurement processes to ensure value and compliance.
* Supporting the project team with cost analysis, forecasting and documentation as projects progress.


Key Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
* Experience in estimating, cost analysis or tendering (cleanroom, building services or mechanical contracting background is an advantage).
* Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
