Job Overview
We seek an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager or Social Care Leader to oversee the implementation of high-quality care.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of social care professionals and implement quality care in a safe, respectful, and empathetic manner.
* Evaluate and ensure adherence to HIQA standards and regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in Social Care Practice (Level 7 on the QQI framework) is required.
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland is mandatory.
* The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care.
* A full clean driving license and willingness to drive are essential for this position.
