Key Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents.
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote independence and well-being.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate appointments and reviews.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organisational policies.
* Mentor and supervise staff, providing opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
* A degree in Social Care or a related field (QQI Level 7 or equivalent).
* Minimum three years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the Health or Social Care sector.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
