Optimize fleet utilization and operational requirements. Liaise with the Operations Manager and team to ensure smooth scheduling. Communicate routes and schedules effectively to drivers. Act as the key contact for drivers regarding deliveries, routes, and customer issues. Coordinate with fleet suppliers for vehicle maintenance needs. Respond to client and subcontractor queries in a timely manner.
