What the role involves (once trained):
15. Building relationships with clients and candidates and becoming a trusted advisor in your market.
16. Finding and connecting with great people through smart sourcing, networking and social media.
17. Matching candidates to opportunities that will move their careers forward.
18. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from first contact to job offer.
19. Supporting employer branding and contributing to our wider recruitment strategy.
What we're looking for:
20. At least 3 years' experience in sales, customer service or recruitment.
21. A natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people and building connections.
22. Ambition, resilience and a positive, can-do attitude.
23. A strong sense of ownership, with high personal standards.
24. Confidence with social media, presentations and working with data.
