A Project Quantity Surveyor is required for a major residential development in South East, Waterford. This opportunity allows an ambitious QS to join a growing team and take responsibility for the commercial management of a long-term project from the beginning.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts.
* Oversee tendering, procurement, and subcontractor package management for residential construction works.
* Monitor project costs, valuations, variations, and change orders.
