Job Title:Quality Auditor
Reporting To:Engineer, Quality
Work Schedule:Onsite – Carrigaline, IE
Specific Responsibilities:Inspect products and associated documentation to applicable standards, specifications, and procedures.Document inspection results including communication of nonconformances.Release products for customer shipments, including creating certificates of conformance and compiling required documentation for the customer.File and archive records as defined by operating procedures.Support Production Team Leaders in ensuring that priorities are completed.Support Improvement Team activities – e.g., LEAN, 5S activities.Assist other Quality Auditors as needed by the business.Assist Operators and Test Technicians as needed by the business.Summary:The role reports to the Quality Supervisor and will carry out inspection and auditing duties within the company as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
The Quality Auditor is accountable for In-Process, Incoming Inspection, and Outgoing Inspections to which he/she has been assigned for that period.
Work will be primarily carried out in the board-shop.
Preferable Qualifications & Skills:Experience in electronics manufacturing industries and relevant inspection standards – e.g., IPC-A-610.Ability to interpret technical drawings and operating procedures.Good communication skills.Positive, flexible approach, able to prioritize workload and see tasks through to completion.Excellent planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage time effectively.Moog Ireland Ltd., a subsidiary of Moog, is a designer and manufacturer of high-reliability electronic motor control solutions, located in Ringaskiddy, Co.
