One of our global service clients is currently seeking a customer operations executive to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a co-ordinator with a large global company.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, customer focused, skilled individual role and will join the orders division, where the main responsibility will be overseeing and efficiently managing contract renewal processes for our existing clients.
Key tasks involve close collaboration with customers, drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to accurately prepare quotes and finalise orders for replacement or additional goods/services.
Responsibilities: Gain in-depth knowledge of the companies services, products, systems, and processes to effectively carry out your role, which includes quoting and ordering for existing customers in a timely and thorough manner.
Ensure all current procedures are followed to comply with business controls.
Verify that all necessary documents and contracts are correctly filed and in order.
Prepare quotes for new purchases and leasing agreements.
Ensure timely completion of work requests in line with service level agreements.
Contribute to new initiatives and processes to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and update client data and information accurately and promptly.
Collaborate closely with other internal teams to meet business and customer goals.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Management.
Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive relationship.
Qualifications: Strong administration skills & customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong at working with numbers Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
