Senior Principal Digital Design Architect - Ethernet / IP / Architecture
Come and be part of a multinational semiconductor corporation that maintains a substantial international footprint, operating research and development hubs and production sites throughout Europe, Asia, and the America.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and specifying state-of-the-art Ethernet Networking IP, skillfully transforming real-world applications needs into cutting-edge system architecture. You'll also drive key strategic decisions regarding hardware and software architecture, playing a vital part in our IP strategy by spotting new opportunities. Beyond that, you'll manage requirements and traceability, all while actively identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative ideas. Success in this position also means proactively building strong relationships with top management.
The role is a permanent, full time position and is based in Dublin, Ireland, so it will involve relocation if you're not based here. You must be on-site a minimum of 2 days per week with 3 at home. (60/40).
Salaries will consist of a 6 figure base salary + bonus.
Visa sponsorship and relocation support can be provided.
For this Senior Principal Digital Design Architect position, I'm interested in speaking to people with the following:
- At least 15 years of industry experience across Digital IP and Architecture
- Strong technical experience with Ethernet IP
- Automotive background would be ideal
- Experience developing processes and solving complex problems
