Job Title: Facilities & HSE Manager
We are seeking an experienced Facilities & HSE Manager to lead and develop our facilities, capital infrastructure, and health, safety & environmental functions.
About the Role:
* Lead facilities functions including maintenance, catering, and housekeeping.
* Oversight of health, safety & environmental compliance and promotion of best practices.
* Act as the estates lead on a major new capital development project.
* Manage service contracts, planned maintenance, and emergency repairs.
* Promote sustainability and ensure effective infection control and risk management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in facilities and team management.
* Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and compliance.
* Project management experience (capital development experience highly desirable).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Passion for supporting a values-driven environment.
