Republic of Ireland L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a Multi-Brand Trainer to cover the Republic of Ireland. You will be responsible for educating our Beauty Advisor community and Retailer BAs.
Through training, store visits, and coaching, you will deliver a world-class consumer experience across our brands and touch points.
You will also create an engaging experience for BAs and influence retailer BAs across categories.
Collaboration and coaching are key, ensuring Brand DNA, Equity, and Service excellence are embedded through tailored programs.
Key Responsibilities: OMNI EDUCATION & ENGAGEMENT Implement the multi-brand education strategy across all channels for Luxe BAs & Retailer BAs.Collaborate with the Education & Field teams to enhance the strategy and meet business needs.Develop and deliver an engaging education calendar to drive customer experience and sales.Coordinate with marketing and commercial teams for aligned education programs.Plan store visits for coaching and developing the Luxe team, enhancing the consumer experience.Deliver category training in collaboration with category education leads.Provide education for Retailer BAs, ensuring alignment with brand and commercial plans.Evaluate training effectiveness, stay updated on education trends, and manage stakeholder feedback.Support soft skills and transversal skills training, including management, services, CRM, and L'Oréal University.SERVICES & BEAUTY TECH Implement the Beauty Tech strategy through education and coaching.Promote services as a core consumer experience.Engage BAs in CRM activities and data capture to foster a service culture.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT/DEVELOPMENT Support recruitment and onboarding of BAs.Foster a coaching and development culture.Enhance the BA experience and implement global and local initiatives, including adoption of One Retail.Encourage cross-functional collaboration.ABOUT YOU: I AM: Field-based 4 days, WFH 1 dayLevel 5MY CORE KPIS ARE: Retail performance & KPICategory performancePulseBA Turnover & BA PulseNPS & CXEMY DELIVERABLES/OUTCOMES ARE: Elevated BA experience and highly engaged workforceBrand and category engagement and expertiseMY KEY STAKEHOLDERS ARE: O+O CX & BA ExperienceBrand EducationRetail Field ManagementField SupportI HAVE IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF: Education and training techniquesRetail landscape and leaversStakeholder managementMY KEY SKILLS ARE: Retail & commercial acumenStakeholder managementEducation, training & facilitationCoachingAnalytical skillsEmpathyWHAT WE OFFER Our people are central to our success.
