We are seeking an experienced and driven Car Sales Manager for used car sales operations in Dublin. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the used car market and a strong ability to manage sales processes, motivate teams, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of the used car sales process Supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets Drive pre-owned vehicle sales while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey Engage directly with customers to enhance their buying experience Maintain strong team cohesion and efficient day-to-day operations Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5+ years experience in sales, sales processes, and pre-owned vehicle sales Strong background in customer satisfaction and customer service Proven leadership and team management experience Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational, coordination, and independent working skills Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous) Skills Used car sales expertise Sales performance management and control Leadership and team development Customer-focused sales approach Additional Requirement Must have the legal right to work in Ireland Skills: Used Cars Sell vehicles Sales Controlling
