Community Operations Specialist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Community Operations Specialist to join our team in Dublin.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our client's community and resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time.
* Become knowledgeable about client's products and community standards.
* Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist our client's community and help resolve inquiries.
2. Investigate and resolve issues reported on the client's platform such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content.
3. Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
4. Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to spot and scope scalable solutions to improve the support of our community of users.
Requirements:
* Fluent in Lithuanian language and English.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Ability to make decisions.
* Effective Time management & Prioritization skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
