As a Senior Functional Delivery Consultant, you will lead complex implementation projects and help our clients meet their fuel pricing and logistics optimization goals using our solutions. You will also help mentor and lead our newer consultants to help them meet our high standards for delivery excellence
What will you be doing?
Your primary role will be to analyse product implementations and provide technical design recommendations and developing data integrations partnering with functional consultants who translate clients' strategic goals into actionable project outcomes.
As a technical team member, you'll develop integrations and configurations for client implementations while delivering exceptional customer service. With the support of our development team, you'll also help evaluate and translate business requirements into integrations and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement client integrations.
* Create technical solutions for system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
* Build and maintain technical design documents.
* Ensure software design meets standards for scalability, robustness, maintainability, and integration with other systems.
* Participate in testing, documentation, and retrospective sessions.
* Mentor and support junior consultants.
Required Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
* 5+ years of experience building integrations or data pipelines, preferably using Python.
* 3+ years of experience with NoSQL and SQL databases.
* 3+ years of experience working with distributed systems or microservice architectures.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
* Ability to acquire a deep understanding of business processes and translate them into long-term technical solutions.
* 3+ years of experience communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
* Proven ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams, providing input while being receptive to others' ideas, with a focus on delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience (Remember: This is a customer-facing role)
Preferred Experience:
* 2+ years of experience designing or working with JSON/REST APIs.
* 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role.
* Experience or familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably
* Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, CI/CD processes, and Git.
