Full time Medical Secretary required in a busy GP Practice based in Limerick.
You must have a minimum 1 - 3 years experience as a Medical Receptionist or Administrator, preferably in a GP Practice.
Full training will be provided upon commencement.
Applicants not meeting this criteria will be rejected.
Salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
Answering and dealing with all incoming calls
Scheduling appointments and diary management
Typing of letters and reports
Liaising with hospitals and pharmacies
Managing prescription requests
Billing
PCRS submissions
Maintaining a high level of client care
General office duties including but not limited to filing, ordering stock, monitoring emails, scanning and processing mail
Healthone experience desirable
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
