Program Manager 6 months Day Rate Contract Hybrid (4 days a week onsite in Dublin) As a Senior IT Project/Program Manager with 7+ years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex and strategic IT projects. Drawing upon your extensive background, you will lead a team of professionals, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure the efficient execution of projects from initiation to closure. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans aligned with organizational goals. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Conduct thorough risk assessments and formulate mitigation strategies Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Establish and enforce project management standards and best practices. Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance, quality, and adherence to standards. Internal Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. Complex Problem Solving: Anticipate and address complex technical and organizational challenges. Facilitate innovative solutions and guide the team in overcoming obstacles. Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in IT project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting. Strategic thinking with the ability to align projects with organizational objectives.
