Role Summary
We are seeking bright, adaptable, and motivated engineering graduates to join our dynamic technical services team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the critical instrumentation used in the manufacturing of life-changing medicines and medical devices is precise, reliable, and compliant.
You don't need a life science background; we will provide comprehensive training.
We're looking for strong problem-solvers with a keen eye for detail, ready to apply their technical skills in a new and rewarding environment.
What You'll Do
Instrument Calibration:
Perform routine calibration of various instruments (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, analytical) according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Troubleshooting:
Apply your engineering problem-solving skills to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with instrumentation and calibration equipment.
Documentation:
Meticulously document all calibration activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with strict regulatory standards (e.g., cGMP, FDA).
Procedure Development:
Assist in the creation and improvement of calibration procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance.
Project Support:
Work with cross-functional teams (including CQV, Project Management, and client teams) to support projects, ensuring all instrumentation is calibrated and ready for validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Compliance:
Adhere to all safety and quality protocols within a highly regulated environment, ensuring your work consistently meets the required standards.
Who You Are
A recent or upcoming graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline such as Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
An excellent problem-solver with strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
A great communicator and team player who is eager to learn.
Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment, often on client sites.
Proactive, with a strong sense of curiosity and a "hands-on" attitude.
