Clare based multinational Aviation client.
Position will be offered as full time permanent role with very attractive package on offer for the right candidate Purpose of role: The successful candidate's primary responsibility will be to assist the technical operations team in the administration of all aircraft engine utilisation reports, logistics engine storage, updating of internal systems, and invoicing tracking within the technical department.
The successful candidate will work closely with the technical team, and other departments as required.
Role Responsibilities - Update monthly utilisation reports on management and control system.
- Liaise with customers to solve queries with regards utilisation reports.
- Ability to coordinate the shipping and storage of assets with logistics and storage providers.
- Update internal systems and disseminate information for the team as and when required.
- Liaise with storage providers regularly to track storage capacity, opening hours and out of office assistance for AOG / urgent engine collections.
- Accurate recording and monitoring of technical associated invoices.
- Provide client access to marketing data packs as and when required.
- Assist the technical operations team in sorting, scanning, indexing, and filing of engine technical records for ease of access to the wider technical department personnel.
- Assist in obtaining engine technical records from existing customers.
- Update of various monthly reports relating to Company assets and assets under management.
- Maintain technical files (technical library) held by the Company.
- Perform other administrative duties from time to time as directed by Management.
