Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit the best professional candidates across the AI/ML, software, and engineering spectrum, encompassing a wide range of roles and geographic locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as an advisor to business units and wider HR and Compensation teams, building relationships and collaborating with leadership across the organization. You will develop sourcing strategies to attract the best specialized talent to meet both current and future talent needs. Partnering with business leaders, you will identify key specialized talent and drive the hiring process through to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy.
2. Participate with the recruiting team and hiring managers to develop, implement, and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a healthy pipeline of qualified engineering candidates.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify effective sourcing strategies, aiming to present multiple qualified candidates for each opening.
4. Build solid relationships with operational and functional teams, serving as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
5. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
6. Facilitate the interview and hiring decision-making process with managers.
7. Drive the offer process, partnering with hiring managers, HR, and Compensation.
8. Provide guidance and answer questions related to search and hiring processes.
9. Support a diverse and inclusive culture and workforce, ensuring compliance with country laws, regulations, and company policies.
Key Requirements and Competencies:
* Full life-cycle recruitment experience with a demonstrated track record of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring specialized software and engineering skill sets.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
* Experience recruiting internationally.
* Proven ability to attract top talent.
