Spa Therapist Role Overview:
Key Duties:
* Perform exceptional face and body treatments in line with Nadur Spa standards, utilizing Irish, Organic, and results-oriented products.
* Guide guests in selecting treatments and products to enhance their spa experience.
* Deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring each visitor departs with memorable impressions.
* Promote and upsell treatments and retail items to boost guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
* Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all spa facilities.
* Engage in continuous training to expand knowledge of our exclusive body and skincare lines, including VOYA, GROUND, and SKIN FORMULAS.

Qualifications:
* QQI Level 5 & 6, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent certification
* Previous experience as a Spa Therapist or recent graduate seeking to gain essential experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellent customer service
