Shuttle Bus Driver – Dublin Airport
Do you thrive in customer-facing positions and enjoy collaborating within a diverse team? We are looking for a Shuttle Bus Driver at ourDublin Airportlocation, reporting to the Airport Manager. As aShuttle Bus Driveryou will be working in a fast paced environment where the customer is at the centre of everything we do. You will be responsible for providing a world class customer facing service during the rental process.
This is a shift position working a scheduled roster, with early starts and working 5/7 days between 5am-1am on a flexible basisand requires all applicant to hold a valid D/D1 licence and a CPC card.

Key Responsibilities:
* Transport customers to and from the Airport terminals and the Rental Site in a safe and timely manner.
* Provide a high-quality service to all customers.
* Assist customers with luggage.
* Provide information to customers on request and answer queries / complaints or pass them on to the appropriate Department, if a resolution cannot be found.
* Carry out a daily walk-round check of courtesy bus/coach prior to the start of each shift and appropriately reporting any defects found.
* Ensure that the shuttle bus is fuelled and internally presentable at all times.
* Drive customers in a safe controlled manner and adhere to the Company Driving Standards Policy at all times.
* Observe all traffic and safety laws including advising customers to wear seatbelts, where fitted.
* Ensure adherence to passenger seating limits.
* Check that passengers disembark at the correct destinations.
* Record and report any accidents / incidents to your line manager.
* Support the management team in the efficient and cost-effective operation of the location.
* Report on any relevant commercial activity that may assist with business development.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
* Ad hoc duties as directed by Management.
Your Skills:
* Full driving licence Category D/D1entitlement plus a CPC card.
* Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations.
* Previous experience as a bus driver or in a similar role preferred.
* Excellent driving skills with the ability to navigate various road and traffic conditions safely.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly and effectively.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Physical ability to sit for extended periods and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and lifting.
* Ability to adapt to the needs of the business.
* A keen and enthusiastic nature.
