Role and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineer in the Roads team, you will help deliver National and Regional Infrastructure Frameworks to major projects and local improvements, including active travel walking and cycling schemes. You will work collaboratively with clients on projects at all stages of infrastructure delivery, providing a mix of design, technical assurance and support across public and private sectors.

Designing and drafting transport solutions
Attending site visits and inspections

Graduate Development Programme
The two‑year programme includes core business and professional skills training, career development workshops, networking opportunities, mentoring for professional registration and hands‑on experience. The programme supports personal and professional growth, allowing you to pursue chartered status with institutions such as ICE.
Qualifications
Graduate with at least a 2:2 in a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
Complete the application form and online skill enabler assessment.
Start work in April or September 2026.
