We are currently implementingZoho Recruitand are looking for an experienced freelancer to adapt and optimize the system for our multilingual, international recruiting processes.Your ResponsibilitiesCustomize and configure Zoho Recruit to align with our recruitment workflows (DACH & EMEA)Set up automations, workflows, email templates, forms, and dashboardsIntegrate Zoho Recruit with other Zoho One modules (CRM, Campaigns, Flow, Careersite)Manage data migration and cleanup (candidates, clients, contacts, jobs)Advise on best practices for recruitment agencies and in-house TA teams(Optional) Provide short training sessions or documentation for our teamRequirementsProven experience in Zoho Recruit implementation and customization (2–3 completed projects minimum)Knowledge of Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, and custom modules is a plusSolid understanding of recruitment or staffing processesExcellent communication skills in English (German a plus)Freelance / remote availability, with immediate project start preferredProject DetailsStart: ideally within the next 2 weeksDuration: approx. 2–3 weeks initially (with potential for ongoing collaboration)Remote work, flexible hours and time zones welcomeHow to ApplyPlease include:Short CV or link to your LinkedIn profileShort description of a previous Zoho Recruit or CRM projectHourly or project-based rate
