This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing daily construction activities and coordinating the site team to ensure efficient and high-quality project delivery.Key responsibilities include:Overseeing day-to-day site operationsCoordinating and supervising site teams and subcontractorsManaging quality control and ensuring compliance with company standardsEnforcing adherence to all Health & Safety regulationsProblem-solving and addressing issues as they arisePreparing progress reports and maintaining clear communication with stakeholdersEnsuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budgetQualifications & SkillsStrong supervisory skills with proven experience in site supervisionDemonstrated ability in civil engineering or groundworks project oversightProficiency in quality control and maintaining high construction standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating teams and stakeholdersStrong organisational and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of current Health & Safety regulations on construction sitesRelevant certification in construction management or civil engineering is an advantageMust be eligible to work in Ireland and hold a valid work visa (if required)
