Responsibilities
Partnership Partnering with the EMEA VP, EMEA CSU, and Product leaders to drive cloud growth in the region through deep cloud analytics. Understand competitive market insights, provide thought leadership to challenge business leads around new business opportunities and growth roadmaps. Provide insights to the Area Finance Teams in an easily actionable manner. Leverage corporate models and analytics, provide insights, and follow up with areas in a digestible format. Collaborate closely with your Asia counterpart and WW CSA Finance team to identify opportunities to simplify work processes. Deliver better business outcomes by continuously evaluating and improving end-to-end processes (including month and quarter close, CFO and amendment processes, IARs) that enable the right business discussions and decisions. Responsible for EMEA Regional Finance insights in WW processes. Act as a trusted advisor for the EMEA AVP and CFO, enabling them to represent EMEA in all key WW finance topics. Present at EMEA LT meetings and EMEA CFO meetings.
People
Lead and shape a team of 7 Finance Managers, primarily structured around CSA roles. Coach your team to prioritize, simplify, and provide the right context to enable impactful decisions. Identify finance best practices and share them broadly within EMEA and WW. Connect the dots and support the Field finance team in implementing the corporate strategy or escalating issues. This role involves significant exposure to executive and senior management, requiring effective communication, influencing business decisions, and demonstrating executive maturity, business acumen, and strong presentation and communication skills.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field, with post-graduate financial analysis or finance work experience, OR Bachelor's degree in the same fields with post-graduate financial analysis or finance experience, or equivalent experience.
