Key Activities

* Contribute to the procurement process, including the preparation and review of contracts, tender documentation, and subcontractor agreements.

* Assist in measuring, valuing, and certifying works completed on-site.

* Prepare and maintain accurate records, including cost reports, valuations, and payment applications.

* Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, variations, and claims.

* Support the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation.

* Participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
