Offer description

Our organization is looking for a skilled Senior Administrator to oversee various procurement activities. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support for the day-to-day operations of our procurement department.
* Develop and maintain efficient procedures for ISO certification processes.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by senior management.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities.
* Process orders for goods and services in a timely manner.


Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a structured environment is beneficial.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Experience with E-Tenders is advantageous but not required.
