Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking an Experienced Human Resources Manager to join our organization.

* The primary objective is to manage the HR department, ensuring all policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Key responsibilities include Recruitment and selection in compliance with employment legislation.
* Monitoring and reviewing customer feedback, implementing necessary training to achieve required standards.
* Delivering staff induction programs, ensuring accurate information is provided.
* Liaising with Managers, monitoring and recording employee appraisals and performance reviews.
* Developing policies and procedures on issues such as working conditions, performance management, and absence management.

Essential Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years HR experience.
* CIPD Certified.
* Strong understanding of Irish employment law, related legislation, and HR best practice.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Main Responsibilities and Expectations

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the HR function, including:

* Recruitment and Selection: Ensure that all recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with employment legislation and company policies.
* HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
* Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employees are meeting their performance expectations.
* Talent Development: Identify and develop talent within the organization to ensure succession planning and business continuity.
* Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement through various initiatives and programs.


Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A strong background in HR, preferably with experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A deep understanding of employment law and regulations.
* The ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
