About the Role
The Workshop Administrator will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the workshop.
Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between parts and the workshop.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the workshop team, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
2. Record Management: Maintain accurate records of job cards, service reports, parts usage, and technician hours.
3. Booking Coordination: Coordinate bookings for machinery servicing, repairs, and inspections.
4. Customer Liaison: Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and handle general inquiries.
5. Resource Allocation: Monitor and update workshop calendars, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and personnel.
Requirements
* Proven Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or workshop support role, preferably in the agricultural or mechanical sector.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop management software.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Rotating Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
