What We Offer Excellent Salary commensurate with experience Access to a sophisticated efficient IT system City Centre location and modern attractive offices Opportunity to work remotely also (for which we are well set up)Flexible working arrangements (4 or 5 day week)Role And Responsibilities Acting for a number of large renewable energy developers in the area of solar and hydro energy leases and wayleaves Investigation of title for commercial lending transactions and/or land lease options Acting for commercial clients on commercial property transactions including business parks Acting for private clients on commercial property transactions Acting for commercial clients in drafting and negotiating commercial leases involving multi-tenanted buildings What We Look For High academic achiever Minimum 2 years PQEInterest in and knowledge in respect of handling commercial property transactions Interest in and knowledge of company law and or tax or other specialised area is an advantage Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel Strong interest in continuously upskilling to the latest technology Strong writing and legal analytical skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and friendly and efficient communication with Clients Commercially aware Closing Date for Applications – Friday 21 March 2025.
