Project Development Role
This position entails working on a project in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy a supportive work environment.
* The role involves the production of information including design development, construction details, technical submittals, and sub-contracts for pre-construction engineering activities.
* Coordination exercises with various stakeholders and issue resolution are also essential components of this job.
* Liaison with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, specialist designers, manufacturers, etc., is necessary to validate specifications and value-engineer products and equipment.
* Effective communication with clients, other design team members, and contractors is crucial for addressing technical and commercial matters.
* Creating and managing project cable and termination schedules are key responsibilities.
* Inquiries from the design team regarding clarification of project aspects should be addressed through the request for information (RFI) system.
* Preparation and submission of technical submittals for approval are also vital tasks.
