Your Key Responsibilities As Part Of The Team
* Drive and lead the delivery of large transformation programmes and projects - take ownership of the delivery of end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
* Shape, mobilise and lead scopes of work/projects/initiatives, which are diverse in nature.
* Coordinate communication, effort and decisions between on-site and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with the defined solution design.
* Identify potential risks related to integration and data migration, establishing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
* Guide client through the Validate-Construct-Deploy journey so that they are addressing the right questions at the right time.
* Guide delivery and release strategy, identifying options and scenarios to meet client business constraints.
* Look ahead in the project, anticipate what’s coming, identifying risks and proposed mitigations.
* Identify and develop opportunities on existing clients.
* Participate in wider market engagement activity, including proposals.
* Proactively lead and grow the skills and capabilities of the KPMG team.
* Establish yourself as a strategic advisor to clients.
Your Experience, Skills, And Capabilities
* Technology and Transformation delivery project management experience, engaging and managing both business and IT teams.
* Agile and waterfall delivery environment experience.
* Full SDLC knowledge, with experience working across all stages of the project delivery lifecycle.
* Technical depth and experience in end-to-end systems integration.
* Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering Finance and CE modules.
* Strong understanding of integration, data migration, ERP development life-cycle.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
* Ability to be on-site in Dublin 2 days a week.
* Proven ability to translate information into clear, well-articulated outputs and clearly and concisely identify, assess and communicate business value of initiatives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing and engaging senior stakeholders (CIO, COO...) Ambitious and driven to help grow our business, with new and existing clients.
* Proactive, engaged and outcome focussed Be comfortable in ambiguous and changing environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Extensive knowledge of project tools including not limited to MS plan, Asana, Jira, DevOps
* Project Management qualifications essential e.g. Prince2, PMP
* Consulting Experience preferable or experience working with different customers/clients etc.
* 10 years experience minimum.
